As digital tools transformed the industry, transactions became faster and more efficient. But while the process evolved, one thing stayed the same—the cost to sellers. Even with automation and virtual transactions, traditional commission structures remained unchanged.

The pandemic was a turning point. Real estate was already 80% virtual, with emails, texts, and calls handling most transactions. The last piece—the listing presentation—went online, proving that the entire process could be digital. Meanwhile, industries like mortgages, insurance, and title services had already gone 100% online. If they could do it, why not real estate?

That’s when I created Zoldly—the first 100% online real estate brokerage. My mission was simple: leverage technology to reduce costs for buyers and sellers while delivering top-tier service. I built Zoldly to solve the biggest frustrations I’ve heard for decades: high costs, lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, and uneven service levels.
