Is there a contract commitment with Zoldly?
Our standard buyer's agent agreement lasts for 6 months, but it comes with the flexibility to cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. The only exception is if there are pending or accepted offers; once an offer is in place, the agreement cannot be canceled.

You’ll have ongoing support from a dedicated buyer's agent who will handle all the details—from negotiations to paperwork—ensuring a smooth and efficient buying process.
